1) Copyright.
(1.1) Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I (the artist) retain full copyright to all artworks. I may post WIPs and final images in my portfolio and social media and use them for self-promotion unless you request a private commission (See Privacy and confidentiality).
(1.2) AI/data use: My artwork may not be used for training AI models, added to datasets, converted into machine-learning inputs, or used in any generative system without my express written consent (I do not give my permission for reproduction and usage of my artwork to feed generative IA images or content).
(1.3) Licenses: personal vs. commercial.
>(1.3.1) Default (Personal License): You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
>(1.3.2) You may display it online (credit appreciated), crop/resize for icons/banners, and make minimal personal prints (e.g., a mug, a shirt, or a wall print) at no extra cost.
>(1.3.3) You may not sell, distribute, mint NFTs, or use the art in paid products/services.
>(1.3.4) Commercial License (+$30 USD): Grants permission to use the artwork in monetized contexts (e.g., merch, ads, monetized videos, branding). Signature/watermark can be removed on request. This license is non-exclusive and worldwide. Copyright is not transferred.
(1.4) Copyright Transfer: Not offered by default. If needed, please contact me for a custom quote.

(2.1) Communication: After payment, you’ll be added to my waitlist. I’ll let you know your position and the estimated start window.

(2.3) Deadlines, rush & delivery.
>(2.3.1) Estimated completion window: 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the queue and complexity. I’ll confirm your estimate when you join the waitlist.
>(2.3.2) Rush options may be available for an added [+20–40%] fee; ask if you have a firm date.

>(3.1.2) Work begins after payment (or deposit—see below) is received.
>(3.1.3) Split payments are available for commissions over $100 USD (must be agreed beforehand). Standard is 50% upfront (non-refundable booking deposit) and 50% before final delivery.
(3.2) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks.
>(3.2.1) No refunds after the commission has started, except if I’m unable to complete the work.
>(3.2.2) If you cancel before I start, I’ll refund 100% (minus payment processor fees).

>(3.2.4) If I must cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a proportional or full refund depending on progress.
>(3.2.5) If there is no visible progress within 90 days of your payment and I haven’t provided an updated timeline, you may request a refund.
